- The Amazon Fire TV Stick can turn any screen or television with an HDMI port to a smart tv where you can watch series on your favorite platforms or listen to music and much more!
- The Fire TV Stick comes with a remote to make it more user friendly. This is a feature that the Google Chromecast doesn’t offer. The remote can also be used for voice commands. Of course, you can also use your phone as a remote.
- With Alexa built into your device, you can use your streaming media for much more than just series! You can pair it up with other smart devices such as a smart camera and be able to stream it on your television with one voice command.
- The Fire TV Stick is one of the most inexpensive media streamers out there.
cons
- Setting up the Fire TV Stick is quite a hassle and took us some time. The Google Chromecast is easier to setup.
- Using voice commands with the Fire TV Stick is still not optimal and can mainly do general commands such as ‘open Netflix’. Next to that, when using voice commands it will push you more towards the Amazon subscriptions such as Amazon Prime.
